1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we offer a free replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact Patriot Support (Customer Service) with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly. Email Support@MilitaryKey.com for assistance.

2. Wrong Size or Product Ordered

Because our products are made to order and custom printed at the time the order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or ordering mistakes. Please double-check your sizing and order details before purchasing. You can refer to our size guide for help in choosing the right fit.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit or stolen, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. If the item is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement free of charge. For stolen packages, we recommend checking with neighbors or filing a report with local authorities.

4. Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

5. Unclaimed

Shipments sent to a location for pickup that go unclaimed are returned to our printing facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment (if and as applicable). If not reshipped, apparel will be donated to charity after 30 days.

6. Exceptions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that:

  • Have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Are on sale or purchased with a discount code (except for damaged or defective items).

7. How to Start a Return or Refund

2. Our team will review your request and send further instructions within 1-2 business days.
3. If approved, you will receive a replacement or refund based on the issue.
